High modules tie bands over Classical, wedge and Narrow Section series Belts (from 2 bands to 6 bands in a belt)

The Banded belts consist of V-belts joined together across their top surface  by a reinforced cover strip known as Tie-Band. 

Banded Belts are generally used in the drives having pulsation, severe shock loads (vibrations), V-flat drives, clutching and vertical shafts, pumps, crushers, compressors, generator sets, etc.

If instead Classical/Conventional Section Belts are used, pulsating and severe shock loads could result in belt twisting, whipping, turning over or leave the groove completely.

***Sizes are manufactured as per the Customers Band and Length specifications.

  A.   Oil & Heat resistant rubber impregnated fabric is extra flexible to prevent cracking.  
  B.   Strong tensile cord treated to carry high power loads without stretching.  
  C.   Tough fiber reinforced rubber supports tensile cord for extra stability.  
  D.   Laminated rubber impregnated fabric resists wear & cracking. In Cogged Belts Moulded notch       design increases flexibility, so belt runs cooler and longer.

Pipe Conveyor Belts have revolutionised the traditional mode of material handling. The belt in this system flattens itself at the loading and discharge stages after it assumes a pipe shape during its forward / return runs. The idlers are arranged in a hexagonal array with three rolls on either side.
